This study aims to identify the effect of service quality, servicescape and relationship marketing with satisfaction as a mediation at Mediterranean Bali Campus. The number samples used in this were 99 students respondents who determined using purposive sampling method.The method data collection is use interview method, namely techniques carried out by giving oral questions questionnaire methods, set written given value or score Likert scale. analysis technique was structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). results indicate that 1) servicescape, have positive significant student satisfaction, 2) has loyalty, 3) quality
